Your privacy is fundamental to our service. Eduica processes personal data based on transparency, purpose limitation, and enterprise security in full compliance with Indonesian PDP Law No. 27/2022 and Apple App Store / Google Play developer guidelines.

• Account Identity Data: Full legal name, active email, mobile phone (WhatsApp), avatar image, and student profile information (child's grade, learning needs).
• Location & Geodata: Tutoring address entered by parents, GPS coordinates for proximity tutor discovery, and real-time GPS telemetry from tutors during active en-route trips.
• Tutor Verification Data: National ID (NIK / e-KTP), selfie holding ID, university diplomas and academic transcripts, teaching credentials, and bank account for payout disbursement.
• Financial & Escrow Records: Booking transaction amounts, escrow release states, and payment reference numbers. We NEVER store raw credit/debit card numbers (handled by Bank Indonesia licensed payment partners).
• Technical Device Telemetry: IP address, device model, operating system version (iOS/Android), and diagnostic crash logs.

• We process your personal information strictly for legitimate service purposes:
• Matching students with nearby verified tutors matching chosen subjects, curricula, and schedule.
• Displaying live GPS trip tracking on the in-app map for parental peace of mind and safety.
• Operating the 100% secure escrow payment system and disbursing tutor payouts upon verified lesson completion.
• Authenticating tutor qualifications to ensure home security and child protection standards.
• Delivering critical booking reminders, schedule changes, and completed session reports.

• GPS location tracking is active ONLY on the Tutor's device after the tutor presses 'Head to Location' and ends immediately upon arrival check-in.
• Eduica NEVER tracks background location of students or tutors outside of active booking windows.
• Trip telemetry logs are securely archived strictly for safety auditing and resolving potential arrival discrepancies.

• EDUICA NEVER HAS AND NEVER WILL SELL, RENT, OR TRADE YOUR PERSONAL DATA TO ANY THIRD PARTY FOR COMMERCIAL ADVERTISING.
• Data is shared strictly on a need-to-know basis with:
• 1. The paired Tutor or Student (essential details like first name, profile photo, and lesson address).
• 2. Bank Indonesia certified Payment Gateways (for escrow processing and payouts).
• 3. Transactional communication providers (SMS/WhatsApp OTP verification).
• 4. Law enforcement authorities, only upon lawful subpoena or court order under Indonesian law.

• All transmissions between Eduica apps and servers are protected with Transport Layer Security (TLS 1.3 / 256-bit SSL).
• Sensitive data at rest (identity documents, tokens) is protected with AES-256 encryption and role-based access control (RBAC).
• Regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing are conducted to ensure robust system defense.

• Pursuant to Indonesian PDP Law No. 27/2022 and Apple/Google store policies, you retain full sovereignty over your data:
• Access & Rectification: You may review and update your profile details anytime in the app.
• Right to Account Deletion: You can permanently delete your account and all associated personal data directly within the app under 'Profile > Account Settings > Delete Account' or by emailing halo@eduica.id. All personal data will be purged or irreversibly anonymized within 14 business days, except statutory financial ledger records required by Indonesian tax law.
• Withdrawal of Consent: You may revoke location or notification permissions anytime via your device OS settings.

• Student safety is paramount. Any account created for students under 18 years old MUST be registered and managed under parental or legal guardian consent.
• We do not solicit personal contact details directly from minors without guardian participation.
• If a parent discovers unauthorized minor registration, contact us immediately for immediate review and deletion.
